I am Diana, native speaker of Spanish. Working with kids and learning foreign languages have always been part of my goals in life. Pursuing these goals I graduated from University of Narino – Colombia in 2011 with my B.S. in English and French. I have over 6 years of experience working with kids but only 4 of those years have been paid experience. I have volunteered as a kindergarten teacher assistant-child care provider, tutor, I have worked with six, and eight grade students together with the responsible teacher by planning and coordinating lessons according to the curriculum ( experience obtained in Colombia from 2008-2011). I have also worked as an Au Pair (2011-2013) in MD, becoming an Au Pair was one of the biggest experience in my life, working with an American family, learning from them, providing excellent care to my host kids, and what is better becoming part of Read more the family was a very rewarding experience. Doing different kind of activities according to the children’s age is very important when taking care of kids: outdoor activities, arts and crafts, practicing different sports, going to the library or the museum, cooking, swimming, drawing, among others are some of the interactive activities I love doing with kids. I feel comfortable doing light housekeeping duties, and working with pets. I would love to start taking care of your children!
