I have been in child care for 9 years as an assistant teacher in preschools and as a nanny ( for children ages 10 months thru 12 years). I have always loved children and enjoy helping them learn. I am married and we had our first baby ( a boy ) last February. After 4 months of maternity leave, I decided I only wanted to work part-time. I loved a working at Kinhaven summer camp during the summer of 2012 so I returned there this summer. There are no positions available at Kinhaven for the fall and I want to continue to work in Arlington. I am CPR and first aid trained. I have a clean driving record. I was in the Arlington County gifted program for art. I love doing arts and crafts projects with children and have been responsible for planning art activities where I have worked.
