I grew up taking care of my little sisters, one of whom has epilepsy and cerebral palsy. My first “real” job was working as her personal care attendant in a professional capacity. Since then I have worked a variety of nannying and personal care jobs, including hospice work. I am a 2018 graduate of Bluefield College, with a BA in theater. I was proud to attain the title role in Bluefield’s 2016 version of “Jane Eyre” and hope to attend graduate school in the future. I’ve been sewing since I was 12—I love making crafts for my home and snuggling my cat Mabel.
