I’m currently an undergraduate college student, but during my summer breaks, I love working with kids because it brings so much joy and energy into my day. Every child has their own unique personality, and I really enjoy building those connections and being someone they can feel comfortable around. While I have not officially worked as a sitter yet, I have a lot of hands-on experience caring for and engaging with children in different settings. I spent multiple summers working as a camp counselor with kids between the ages of 5 and 12. I planned and led fun activities, helped manage group dynamics, and made sure every child felt included and safe. It taught me how to stay calm under pressure, keep things fun and structured, and be someone kids can trust. I also completed an internship at an elementary school where I worked closely with students and teachers. I Read more assisted in classrooms, helped students with schoolwork, and gained a better understanding of how to support kids academically and emotionally. I am responsible, upbeat, and always try to bring a positive attitude. Whether I am helping with homework, playing games, or just being a listening ear, I do my best to create a fun and supportive space for kids.
