I highly recommend Baqeya! I found her almost last minute when the snow storm closed the school for a week. First day when she arrived, my boys were in the middle of a fight and my younger was melting down. I was trying to mediate while taking a work call. She immediately stepped in to handle. It was a chaotic introduction but she didn't blink and handled it. She also found ways to bond with my boys with active engagement and we ended up having her for the entire week. She is also very accommodating and totally cool when my boys have friends over (sometimes up to five rambunctious boys total)! She is also very proactive and has the "figure it out" personality - I barely had time to give her instructions but she figured it out anyway. She also kept the house in order, and took the initiative to help with dishes and cooking! Truly a lifesaver! I would certainly hire her again whenever I need a babysitter!
