My daughter gets so excited to hear our doorbell ring at 9:00am. She knows her buddy has come over to play! Over the past few months Vanessa has been so wonderful caring for my little girl and our dog too. My daughter loves spending time with her, reading and playing. Vanessa is always on time, so I could make appointments with confidence :-)

Really liked Vanessa when I spoke with her over the phone. Scheduled an in-person appointment then she cancelled. Re-scheduled the interview a few days later - no call, no returned text, no show. NO HIRE...
