I have been a babysitter since high school, and being around kids keeps everything bright and joyful! I used to be a steady nanny for an infant, and have lots of experience with every age when it comes to child care. I also have spent the last three school semesters coaching Girls on the Run here in Charlottesville, where I was the head coach to about 15 third-to-fifth-grade aged girls. Between a first aid/CPR child care certification course when I was in high school, and active experience with life-saving scenarios through life guarding, there is not much I have not seen. Currently an undergraduate at UVA studying to be in the medical field, so I have a lot of hands-on health care experience.
