My first job was at 15 for the Greenbrier Country Club, I worked as a Childcare Assitance. I watched up to 30 kids a night with a fellow employee. It didn't take long for me to recognize regulars and form bonds with the kids, know which ones liked certain things. At that young age, I realized my dream career is to be an English teacher and be there for kids to help with their education. I've grown up helping my mom during Sunday school with kids as well as watching younger family members, being there and not only watching a child grow up but also helping them along the way is such a gift.
