unreliable, often late for the scheduled time, would tell you the last minute that she could not come for the already scheduled days, which meant that you could not plan anything in advance during her service time since she might not come even though the time was scheduled far in advance, and it meant that you had to cancel your plans to take care of your kids if you already made because of her unreliability. she would refuse to provide her Tax ID/EIN, so you would have trouble to claim the payment to her from your deposit in your child care FSA account. the good aspect during the period we worked with her was that she took my kid out to walk and did a few projects, but she would look at her phone while my kid was doing projects.
