Growing up in a family where my dad is one out of 11, I have spent the better half of my life happily babysitting. I have been babysitting ever since I can remember, and although I am a current student at George Mason I love to baby sit in the afternoons and weekends. I have babysat for several families in the Falls Church City area, as well as for several families through Care. com. Other experience includes being a part-time nanny for two boys ages 3 and 5, and volunteering at HD Cooke Elementary school. I love to interact with the kids I babysit by playing board games, playing soccer, arts & crafts, and reading. I am also available to make dinner if necessary. We had Carolina watch our two girls (6 and 2) and were very happy with the results. She gave a great first impression of calm, collected, and ready for whatever our girls would throw at her. She did a great job handling the two year old who, for the first time ever, simply refused to go to bed. She rolled with it and took great care of her even though we were unable to respond to her text since we had no signal in the theatre we were at. It's always hard to write a good review, since then others are more likely to find the good sitters, but she deserves it.
