Hi! My name is Munirah (I also go by Muni) and I’m currently a senior nursing student at VCU. I also have a bachelors from VCU in psychology and an associates in general studies. After I graduate in December, I will be working in the NICU next year so I am plenty comfortable with delicate little ones. I have 16 siblings and I fall right in the middle so I’ve been working with kids since I was around 8 years old. I also have my license as a certified nursing assistant so I have experience working with infants all the way to the elderly. I’d like to think I’m pretty versatile with children: housework such as cooking and laundry is no trouble and I enjoy finding activities for children to remain busy with. I’m plenty comfortable performing first aid, administering medications, and managing a safe environment for kids. I have Read more experience in a variety of backgrounds such as pediatric/adolescent psychology, acute care pediatrics, and neonatal intensive care. I commute to Richmond for school already so I don’t mind driving too much :)
