I'm currently a nanny for a lovely military family with 3 amazing children Monday through Friday. I keep them occupied while mom works from home as a virtual teacher. I take the oldest child to school in the mornings and prepare small meals for the other two (ages 4 and 2) during the day. We play, do small activities, have outdoor time, and have screen time (TV/tablets). I also have experience with larger groups of children through my work as a Recreation Leader with Suffolk Parks and Recreation. While there for 2 years, I catered to the needs of children during our summer camps and before and after-school care. I've developed and organized summer activities for children ages 8-12. I served as a positive role model and mentor for the children, providing a caring and safe environment for them.
