I am an 18-year-old college student at Virginia Tech and live in Fredericksburg, VA during the summertime. I began babysitting the summer before my freshman year of high school and have continued babysitting and nannying ever since. I completed two teaching internships: one in a special education classroom during my junior year, and another in a first-grade inclusion classroom during my senior year. Additionally, I served as a teaching assistant for a non-profit organization, where I provided one-on-one dance instruction to dancers with special needs. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support children with a wide range of needs and learning styles.
