Over the last six years, I have had the incredible opportunity to provide care for wonderful children ranging in age from infants to seventeen years. I have worked as a nanny, babysitter, summer camp counselor and, most recently worked full time at a respite care facility for children diagnosed with an intellectual disability for two years. I have also served as an in-home care attendant for two young women diagnosed with an intellectual disability for the last year. I have in-depth experience working with children with a wide range of needs, and am comfortable with supporting activities of daily living such as toileting, diapering, showering, eating, dressing, etc. I am well-versed in following specific schedules, routines and behavior plans. I am incredibly passionate about providing excellent, individualized care for the children I work with.
