Hi my name is Zatora Lee, I am a Dependable and energetic professional, outstanding communicator with established interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop disciplinary and self care skills among children of various ages. Effectual housekeeping and personal care dexterity with demonstrated ability to ensure safety of children at all times. I am dedicated to helping children better understand the world around them and developing relationships with parents to enrich children's lives through play and learning.My program offers a developmentally appropriate program with various experiences to keep children engaged throughout the day. I offer a responsive program which supports the individual needs of each child. I provide parent conferences at least once a year and one within the first 90 days or more upon request. Through the CDH program I receive monthly training which keeps me up-to-date on the latest in child development and best practices. I am CPR & Read more First Aid certified. I attended college and earned my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development. I will do observations of each child once a week. We do daily activities that meet each individuals needs. I serve all meal components and follow the USDA guidelines when preparing and serving meals in a family style dining environment to allow children to serve themselves.
