Hey, my name's Hope. I'm a devout Christian, and I believe that integrity and respect are extremely important wherever you work, especially when you're working with kids. I've done a little of a whole lot of different things, but my favorite was teaching children's after school programs. I have cared for children of all ages in several different settings. I've cared for 1-6 kids at a time in their home, and groups of up to 30 kids with other caregivers. When it's a small group of children it's usually less structured, but I still make sure any tasks from parents are completed and the kids aren't spending all day on the couch.
