I have been babysitting and volunteering for children since I was a freshman in high school, whether it be for a neighbor or a teacher in need. I love babysitting because it allows me to connect with the children while giving their parents the security they need to live their lives. I love to paint, sing and play games with the kids. In high school I would volunteer at the local elementary school to help the students get more practice with reading and writing. I also used to volunteer to help children learn how to play soccer.
