I love being a sitter because kids bring so much light and energy into every day, and it’s such a privilege to be a positive role model in their lives. I actually grew up with a nanny who became one of my closest mentors, so I know firsthand how impactful that bond can be. I’ve had experience caring for children through babysitting, being a Girl Scout Leader in Training in high school where I led trips and activities, and coaching club field hockey in college, which gave me the chance to mentor younger girls and watch them grow in confidence.
