I am a recent college graduate with experience working with and caring for children ages 12 months to 12 years. I am also experienced working with children with special needs, disabilities, dietary restrictions, and behavioral challenges. I was raised by educators and have experience working and living with children in the foster care system, so I am uniquely positioned to work with children from all backgrounds. I have my own transportation and an excellent driving record. I am also skilled and willing to help out with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks. I am a straight-A student who recently graduated one of the most prestigious colleges in the nation, so tutoring and homework support is also available upon request (contact me for details about rates for additional tasks). I am also fully vaccinated and comfortable providing care for large and small dogs. I pride myself on creating a nurturing, Read more stimulating, and safe environment in which kids can thrive. I believe in the uniqueness of every child- to me, there is no "one size fits all" approach to working with children. My childcare approach always centers compassion, respect, safety and fun; beyond this, I approach each individual as a unique case warranting a unique relationship.
