We had an interview scheduled with Destiny for 1 pm. She messaged about an hour before asking to reschedule for 4 pm. We agreed and re-arranged our schedule to wait for her at 4 pm instead of 1 pm. She did not show up and never messaged us again to say she would not be able to meet us or let us know why she did not show up. Perhaps she was in an accident and unable to text? More likely, she ghosted us which is not what I would like in a nanny.
