I am currently a student at George Mason University studying Global Affairs with a concentration in the Environment and a minor in French. I come from a very big family and have often been the babysitter and caretaker of choice for my siblings, cousins, and even family friends. Being surrounded by so many children, I have grown to love spending time with them and have developed the much needed patience to handle any situation. Aside from occasional babysitting for family and friends, I have also been the primary babysitter/Spanish tutor for a now 6 year old boy for the past three years. Through my years of experience with children, I have developed the communication skills necessary to handle children and my role has often included preparing their meals and putting them to sleep. I am certified in basic First-Aid training and CPR through the American Red Cross. Aside from my Read more official certifications, I can offer simple tutoring sessions, as I am fluent in Spanish and French, as well as English. I have also taken a little bit of Portuguese an have developed a very basic understanding of it. I have played soccer for years and enjoy different sports and am quite active and capable of keeping up with energetic and active kids.
