Greetings families, I am Tiara Williams, a third-year student at LIM College. I have been working with children since the age of 13. As the eldest child of three and a single mother, I was the primary caretaker of my siblings while my mom was working to provide for the family. Aside from my siblings, I also babysat family and friends. I landed my first job at a daycare at the age of 14 at Kids R US II in Flushing, New York. My previous employment was at a preschool, Sprout School in Richmond, VA as a toddler teacher. I have experience caring for newborns all the way through grade school aged children.
