Hi there! My name is Jerika. * Moving to Buena Vista, VA 12/22* I'd love to help support you. I'm a certified Birth Doula as well as a Postpartum Doula. My goal is to help new families transition into their new, exciting lives! I specialize in newborn and infant care. I love to incorporate pediatric physical therapy activities to help reach developmental milestones. I can help with Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Pet Care, Cloth Diapering and Grocery Shopping as well. I am certified in Adult/Infant CPR, Neonatal Resuscitation and First Aid/Basic Life Support. I also offer overnight postpartum doula services so you can get a restful night of sleep, baby is cared for and you wake up to a clean house! (or other tasks you need completed such as laundry, meal prep, dishes, tidying/light housework, etc.) I am also a Student Midwife so I am typically on call for births, though Read more births are not super common during the daytime (birth is more common at night/early morning).
