Carolyn is fantastic and I couldn't have asked for better. I needed a sitter last minute to attend an important meeting at work (5+ hours) and she was not only very responsive but also flexible to my needs. The best part was that my 4 children absolutely LOVED their stay and that can't be overstated enough. I am incredibly happy to have met her.

Carolyn or " Nana" is amazing with children. Our daughter has been blessed through her time w Nana . Each and every child that she cares for know they are loved in a special way. She has a gentle loving manner, speaking so softly to the children but they listen to her. They sing, dance , play, read, have nap time and eat healthy food. I trust nana to give my daughter the best care!

We use Carolyn as A part time sitter and my son loves to go there and play with her dog. I'm very particular with who watches my son and Carolyn has been a life saver. For as long as we live in VA she will be our son's Sitter.

Carolyn is the best sitter I've ever used. She is wonderful with my daughter. She is always available. Her home immaculately clean, and she is the kindest women. I am very grateful for her. -Anna's Mom

Carolyn is a nice person however upon our interview I informed her that my son had a speech delay and if he cannot get out what he needs to he gets frustrated. We have never had aggression issues with him and other children and at Carolyns we did. I understand that she needs to keep other children safe but as a punishment for a two year old she told me she made him sit and remain on the couch the rest of the afternoon. She then told me that she grabbed his arm and he tried to hit her away and she said had he made contact that she would of "left blisters on his butt." This did not sit well with me either. Her punishments are not age approiate. She had also told me she kept my son and an 18 month in timeout for 25 minutes!!! Needless to say that day she told me to find other care for my two year old and newborn and they could not come back. That left me to find someone overnight!!! She also put my newborn that can sometimes hold his head up in a saucer made for older babies. Not safe. Her asking us to leave was a blessing in disguise. There were red flags every where and luckily my children were only in her care for a few days before something could of happend to them.

I would have to say that i found Nanny when I was in a bind. I was coming up to my last week before i had to go back to work. I was nervous as any new mother usually is. Nanny was so great, she took in my daughter in like she was her own even on short notice. My daughter took to her very quickly too, and always willing to work with my difficult schedule. I have to recommend her to anyone!

amazing person! love her place and all the kids...my son will be going full time to carolyn... i recommend her to anyone who wants there child with someone they trust
