Briana is respectful, and vivacious with the kids. She connects with them well and goes above and beyond as far as expectations, such as bathing and putting PJ's on the kids. It took a load off when I got home...she saved us time! Her personality and connection left the kids crying for her when she left! We are very grateful. She has proved to be completely reliable, punctual, and trustworthy!
