  • Physical Therapist
  • Comfortable with pets

I recently graduated from Duke University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program and will be starting my first full-time job as a sports physical therapist at the end of August. I am licensed to practice as a PT in the state of Virginia. I am also a Red Cross Certified Emergency Medical Responder, and am CPR certified. Professionally, I have treated patients ages 5 months to 95, and have completed an internship in a pediatric-specific setting. I have also served as a babysitter for my family members and close friends, as well as a camp counselor all throughout high school. I am comfortable with kids of any age, with any kind of pet (I have my own large dog at home!), and am both comfortable and professionally qualified to deal with emergency situations. Additionally, I am an athlete and have a very active style of babysitting- I am more than happy Read more to help a child practice their sport, and prefer to encourage active/outdoor play rather than passively putting on a movie. I will be putting 100% of my babysitting income towards my student loan payments.
