Hi, I'm Morgan Motley! I have been working with children since my senior year of high school in 2016. I started working as an assistant teacher for a 2nd grade class and have loved working in childcare ever since. I then got my first job as a preschool teacher and worked for infants up to children the age of 4. I then furthered my career by becoming a lead teacher for Richmond Public School's program "Head Start" where I closely taught 8 children from the ages 12months-2years. I had to closely follow a curriculum, input data daily regarding my students social-emotional, language, motor movements and other progress while also conducting home visits along with parent-teacher conferences. After working with RPS I decided to again further my career and development education by starting my most recent job working with children on the autistic spectrum through behavioral therapy - I started my Read more first day February 4th and have loved every single moment of it. Sadly - my center had to close down due to COVID-19, but I have taken the experience with me and learned a bunch! I am currently a dance teacher for ages 6years-18years.
