Hello! I’m Rachel, a dedicated and highly responsible childcare provider with over a decade of experience supporting families. While I currently serve as a Climate Resiliency Specialist at the NOAA Office of Science and Technology, I have a lifelong passion for working with children and fostering safe, engaging environments for them to grow. With a Master’s degree in Marine Conservation and Policy and a career built on regulatory compliance and project management, I bring a unique level of professionalism and reliability to my childcare roles.
