Hello... I am currently a nanny for infant, preschool siblings. My major was Child Development (several certificates at the JC level and a Bachelors Degree). I put myself through school working as a preschool teacher, nanny & babysitter. I enjoy the flexibility, and unpredictability of working with children. My philosophy is learning through experiencing the world around you. And I still always strive to learn everyday. Plus I still love the feeling of tactile play at the water table with toddlers. I am getting re-certified for child & adult CPR & First-Aid. I would call my discipline philosophy lenient, but firm. I expect children to learn how to clean up the messes we all make (toys, making bed, etc) and to enjoy their job, being children.
