Hello, My name is Grace Tuttle and I am a 23 year old senior at the University of Virginia and I am a Global Public Health Major. I graduated from James Madison High School in Vienna, VA in 2011, and graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2016. I have years of babysitting experience in my hometown of Vienna. I am very interested in special education and when I am home from school, I work as a job coach and shift manager at a non-profit called Cameron's Coffee in Fairfax that hires intellectually disabled individuals. I have also worked as a special education substitute and instructional aide at the Kilmer Center School and the Davis Center at Marshall High School. I have also worked as a therapeutic riding volunteer for special needs riders since I was 13 years old at Bridle Paths Therapeutic Riding in Leesburg, VA and Lift Read more Me Up in Great Falls, VA. I am currently working on Morven Farm in Charlottesville this summer. I am also a member of the UVA Women's Rowing Team. As part of a team-wide program called Athletes for Hope, I tutor a student at Jack Jouett Middle School in Charlottesville, VA every week and I love to tutor and help students with homework. In high school I started a program for my fellow students to tutor ESOL students. I am also a member of the Best Buddies Program at UVA and regularly take my buddy around town for coffee, go shopping, or relax at home with a movie and popcorn and hang with her. I also work at Blue Mountain Brewery! I love hanging out with children, playing with them, and forming relationships with the children I babysit. I also really enjoy crafting, organizing and cleaning, should you ever have any need for that as well. I am CPR certified. I look forward to talking with you.
