Crystal was amazing with our two boys, 1-yr & 6-yr! I knew things were going to go well from the start when our boys were fine with us leaving; she was able to put them at ease immediately. While we were out, she periodically sent us texts with details of their activities and pictures. The next day, our oldest son mentioned on multiple occasions how much fun he had with her. She was truly engaged with them the entire time and made their time with her fun. On a professional level, she is very responsive and friendly.

Writing this recommendation letter is extremely difficult as the thought of losing Crystal earlier than June is crushing. We received orders from the military to move to Kansas. So you see, letting Crystal go is not a choice; if we had a choice, we'd take her too. To say Crystal is outstanding nanny doesn't quite do her justice. She is not only a member of our family but, she is our daughter's best friend. When she came to us in late July, she was presented with a 4-month-old who refused to drink from a bottle. It was painful to endure an infant who was hungry, irritable and stubborn. The process of bottle-training my daughter took two weeks, many hours of screaming, and Crystal was the sole reason we made it through. She demonstrated unwavering patience and love for a baby that she just met. Unlike me, she was not rattled. We knew that we had the right nanny. She constantly wows us with training tips, development techniques, and educational methods. All of her training and professional education is clearly evident and she never stops improving. Over the past 7 months, Crystal has transformed our baby into a smart, caring pre-toddler. They fill their days with learning activities, singing, play dates, walks, library visits, music classes, park trips, museums, the aquarium, and countless other activities. Not only does she give undivided attention to our daughter, but she also takes care of us. She sends us updates each day describing their activities in detail along with pictures that make us feel like we are there too. She does chores around the house so that, when we get home from work, we can focus on our daughter. She does our grocery shopping, she picks up birthday gifts, she picks up our dry cleaning, she preps ingredients for dinner, I could go on and on... Crystal is such a genuine, beautiful person and a truly gifted nanny. Our family feels so blessed that she has been a part of our lives and we plan on keeping our bond with her.
