I am 26 years old, and I have been working for a daycare since I was 18. I currently am the infant teacher watching infants from ages 6 weeks to 12 months.I have been in the infant room for 4 years. When I first started with the daycare I was a "floater" which means I watched children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. My responsibilities are taking care of the children, doing projects, taking them outside, building relationships with both children and family and making sure they have what they need to grow. I have been babysitting since I was 15 and absolutely love kids. I am certified in CPR/First Aid and also have all clearances.

We hired her to watch our 11 month old. I texted her the day before to remind her/check in. She said she was excited to start. She never showed up. Tried calling & her phone was off, left voicemail & text, it’s the next day & I still haven’t heard. I considered the thought that something may have happened to her & I hope that’s not the case. I also think it’s highly unlikely & she’s just irresponsible...glad I learned of that before she watched my baby.
