My name is Anna and I absolutely love caring for children! I was born and raised in Connecticut but have since made Vermont my home with my husband and our two cats. Throughout high school and college, I often babysat for families and remained with them for several years. In my undergraduate years in Pittsburgh, I had a work study position within the Child's Life department at the local Children's Hospital which gave me ample opportunities to take care of infants and children of all ages. Likewise, this led me to volunteer abroad on two occasions in the Dominican Republic and Vietnam, where I taught and cared for children. I truly enjoy being with children and discovering their unique personalities! As a current graduate nursing student, I love learning and teaching. And I believe that while we have so much that we can teach to the young and impressionable, we Read more can learn even more from them. Aside from that, I also enjoy outdoor activities such as biking and hiking, dancing, arts and crafts (I started an Etsy jewelry page with a friend during the peak of COVID), reading and baking.
