Hi! I am a sophomore at UVM studying elementary education with a double minor in special education and education for cultural and linguistic diversity. I have been working with children since I was 12 years old. My first job was babysitting which grew into a multi client opportunity. I worked in a nursery with children ranging from 6 weeks to 6 years all throughout high school. I also was a nanny to a young boy with ADHD for the past 2 summers. I was a big sister in the Big Brother Big Sister Program for 2 years to a preteen who needed help with social skills along with mentoring freshmen in my high school. I was a camp counselor for 2 summers as well. I used to tutor struggling students in my hometown and am the oldest of 6 children. I have been a foster sister to over 30 children Read more who have experienced trauma, lack of social skills, special needs, and academic issues. I absolutely love the outdoors, baking, and coming up with fun crafts! I have a lot of energy but a very calm and laid back personality.
