Hi! My name is Fiona Macdonald and I am 18 years old. I go to a career technical high school and I am studying early childhood education. Through a program at school, I take my classes remotely at the College County of Morris. For two years, I taught a preschool class that included 16 children ranging from the ages of three to five. I have a lot of experience with kids and I love spending time with them. I got a lot of hands-on work in school where I created lesson plans and was able to teach the class myself. I have worked for families with children of varying ages. I babysat a 1-2 year old boy and assisted with meal prep, laundry, and tidying. From studying early childhood development, I have a lot of experience with activities and crafts as well as how important a stimulating environment is. I Read more am very responsible and organized, and have a pristine driving record. I have also completed a CPR training course, however need to become re-certified. Some of my favorite hobbies are being in the outdoors and reading, which is always fun for kids too. I also love arts and crafts and a lot of the kids I have worked with have enjoyed this as well. In crazy times like now, it’s important to make sure that kids aren’t too stressed or cooped up. I hope to meet you and your family!
