I have been babysitting since I was around 12 years old (other than my immediate family members children and my siblings). I found that as I grew, I developed bonds with the children I watched that I keep to this day. It is amazing to me to watch the children I babysit grow into independent people who see me as their role model. I enjoy planning weekly activities and creating fun charts to depict what our schedule will be. I find it crucial that every child I watch have a schedule that fits their needs but that also motivates consistency and following through on a set task.
