I am a retired mother of two boys and a grandmother of two beautiful girls, ages 3 and 1 year old. I guess I really don't have any experience except with my children and grandchildren. However, I have worked since I was 13 years old and have owned a country inn in Vermont and my husband and I have also owned three tire companies over a span 43 years. We have worked with our local high schools employing many high school students who needed to establish work ethics and find direction because of their home environment. We sold our business in November of 2016 and retired. We are from Derby, Vermont and have lived there for 65 years. We are well know in the community because of our businesses and it is also a very small area in northern Vermont. I feel what I perhaps lack in babysitting experience I Read more more than make up for it with common sense and a life time of working with the public. I love children and would like a few hours a week to get to know people in this area. We have decided to spend the winter and are staying at Willow Tree RV Resort which is absolutely beautiful. We do have friends here in Myrtle Beach and would be more than willing to give you references as you should request them if you are going to leave your child or children in my care. We also know the owner of Magnolia Tire in Loris, SC very well and I am sure he would also give me a reference.
