I have over six months of experience working as a Behavioral Technician supporting children with autism, where I focused on teaching coping strategies, building skills, and helping children reach individualized goals. I have worked with both verbal and non verbal children. Prior to that, I gained hands-on childcare experience through respite care, summer camps, and after-school programs, working with children of all ages. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and creating a positive, structured environment where they can grow and succeed. I have experience managing challenging behaviors with patience and consistency, and I enjoy helping kids develop new skills, build confidence, and celebrate their progress every day. I also enjoy cooking and cleaning so I wouldn’t mind doing those extra tasks to help out!
