My name is Madison Tovar I recently graduated from Kentridge High school, I will be attending Green River Community College in early January and I am beyond excited. I will be studying forensic technology, and eventually transfer to a four year university. I am the oldest of four children. My brother is sixteen, my sister is ten and my youngest sister is four. My experience with taking care of younger kids is vast. When I was about eight my mother needed help watching my brother and sister, and being the oldest child I would be the one to help while she was at work. I learned to care for my sister and brother at a young age, but I do believe it has benefited me greatly throughout the years. I learned to create a safe environment, feed them when necessary, play with them, and help them with school work. We Read more now have a strong relationship and love each other very much. When I was fourteen my youngest sister was born, and when my dad and his wife needed a date night I had no problem taking care of her as an infant and even now as a four year old. I also have family friends who have trusted their children in my care. They have had requirements for bedtimes, homework being done, and meal times which I have had no trouble meeting. Although I do not have any certifications, I am reliable and vigilant when caring for kids.
