Hi! I am an energetic college junior who LOVES entertaining and helping kids :) I've worked with YMCA Camp Orkila with ages 9-13 for my high school career and babysat for children 5 months-13 years for 6 years. I own my own car with a clean driving record and adore bringing kids outside rather than rely on screen-time. One of my favorite things to do with kids is to help them "hone in" on their hobbies. Having a strong passion and an encouraging outside support system allows children to both gain interpersonal soft skills and learn to trust. A philosophy I have adopted while working with kids is to leave the day knowing you have accomplished something that wasn't needed. Whether that be cleaning up extra dishes, learning a new skill, making a new connection, or exploring a topic your child is interested in, I want to help contribute!
