Lua ended babysitting job with us early and do not provide a good care of baby as the baby cried a lot the last night she took care of the baby.

I’m sorry your experience wasn’t ideal. Before my last shift, you mentioned the baby wasn’t feeling well, so I did my best to provide attentive care. Lua is a highly capable, caring and kind caregiver. Our 6-year-old daughter took to her immediately. She's a joy to interact with and we feel very lucky to have connected with her!

Lua is fantastic and very reliable and responsive! My toddler warmed up to her immediately! Lua took the time to meet our family before the night of babysitting. She brought her own arts and crafts supplies with her, which my daughter loved! I will definitely hire her again!
