Hello! My name is Mason, I'm a student at Western and I live In the York neighborhood. I'm 21 and I've lived in Bellingham for almost 3 years now. I grew up on a ranch with horses and dogs in a small town in Northern Idaho called Sandpoint. I have a younger sister who is 7 years younger than me so I have many years under my belt of helping raise her (both my parents have always worked full time and my older siblings were out of the house by the time she was born) as well as babysitting her often. I've also babysat a lot of family friends kids over the years, from ages 2-13. My boyfriends 8-year old niece lives with him so I spend a lot of time around her as well as watching her from time to time. It would be really great to maybe bring Read more her along with me sometime as they live up in Blaine and she doesn't get a lot of social time outside of school. She's incredibly outgoing, fun and social. If it works out, that's great, if not that's fine too! I have a dog named Mela and I'm very active with her, we go to the beach and/or parks/trails everyday! I'm a big snowboarder, but I grew up skiing. I love hiking, backpacking, camping, kayaking, skateboarding, rollerskating, bike riding, etc. I would consider myself to be outgoing and confident and very willing to play with kids and animals! I love exploring and would love to have the opportunity to take kids out to play and explore with me too and hopefully observe and learn some cool things out in nature, whether that's in a forest, at the beach, or just a neighborhood park or your backyard! I'm also happy to stay inside and make snacks, help with homework or play games. I do have a car and it's got plenty of room for kids and animals. I am full-time in school but all my classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I'm done by 3:30pm. I'm not working right now so outside of school, my schedule is pretty flexible.
