Hello! I’m a recent high school graduate and will be attending the University of Washington. Some of my general interests include reading, music, drawing, crocheting, and science. I hope to graduate with a degree in the biological sciences (currently leaning toward Biochem), followed by med school and a career in the medical field (I’m looking at pediatrics right now, since I love working with kids!). I have been babysitting consistently since I was around 12 years, including neighbors, cousins, family friends, and more. In high school, even when I wasn’t babysitting, my community service hours were often geared towards working with children as well (volunteering at the local elementary school, as well as at summer camps and other events). I have experience with children of nearly all ages, ranging from a few months to 12 years old, as well as with larger groups of children and families with pets. I’m Read more confident driving with children in the car (and am willing to provide my own vehicle) if transportation or outings are needed. I also have experience tutoring, and was an honors student throughout high school, if you would like to include that as well! Finally, I am proficient in American Sign Language, which has come in handy babysitting children who use Baby Sign.
