Hi! I'm Elyse and I'm a college student at CU Boulder. I love kids and working with them! My last job, which was also my first real job, was teaching karate at a dojo that I participated at when I was a kid and got my black belt through. I worked with kids ages 4-12, and I really enjoyed it and did well as a teacher! I also took a class in high school where we would go to a nearby elementary school and help teachers manage their classes, and I had success there as well. I aim to be a friendly figure, but also one that kids can trust and look up to and will take direction from. I look forward to meeting your families and kids!
