Hi, I'm Kallayah! I have been working in childcare for 16 years now, ranging from working for church programs (MOPS, Bible studies, etc), occasional date nights for families, being a part time nanny for 2 years, and working for a daycare for 2.5 years. I am CPR and first aid certified, and have done multiple trainings through a program called STARS. I started out just volunteering and developed a love for childcare over the years, as I've made meaningful connections with kids and enjoy feeling like I'm making a difference. What makes me good at it, other than experience, is my love for kids and wanting to play with them, and comfort/care for them. I like to be creative too, and sometimes bring fun activities for the kids and I to do together. I can be very patient, gentle, and am always looking for ways to improve myself! :)
