Hi! My name is Jordan, I am currently a nursing student. I have been working in accounting for the last three years, but have always had a passion for healthcare. I graduate as a CNA next month, so I have full First Aid and CPR knowledge/certifications. I have extensive experience in childcare, starting in my early teens. I regularly babysat my niece and nephew, and still do to this day now that they are both elementary aged. I have unsupervised childcare experience with children ranging from infant to elementary aged. I babysat for several other families as a part time job during high school and occasionally after. I recently resigned from my accounting job in order to focus on school, since I am beginning nursing school in the fall. I am finishing up prerequisites at my local college right now, which is why I'm looking for something more flexible. I Read more will be unavailable due to class times on Tuesday mornings 8:00-noon and will not be available anytime on Wednesdays. I have full availability all other days! I am very passionate about childcare and just helping out in any way. As someone who grew up with a village, I believe it's important to have that in your childhood. I love to help kids with educational activities, and can also help with homework and other education related tasks. I have previous experience in tutoring, specifically in math and sciences. I have my own car and am able to help with transportation as needed. I hope to someday work as a nurse in pediatrics, so this would be an amazing opportunity to start with. I would love to provide a safe and happy environment while gaining valuable experience and supporting your family's needs.
