Hi there! My name is Nikia, I am a fun loving, energetic and responsible girl looking for a part time or occasional/date night sitter. I have been working with children of all ages for over 6 years now. Working with children is my passion, I am earning my degree in social work at the University of Hawaii and I plan to work with and assist families and children in need the future. From a young age I realized how much I adored working with and helping children. Since then I have spent many years caring for, babysitting and nannying children from 14 months to 15 years old. I fondly look back on memories of being silly with children, taking them to the park, playing games, making crafts and reading. I worked in a Montessouri in Issaquah, working with up to 12 children and this past summer I nannied for two Read more different families. I have volunteered as a cheer coach for young girls, been a volunteer camp counselor and currently I am studying abroad in Spain teaching english to children at their school. I am also CPR and first aid certified! Outside of working with children I am an avid reader, beach goer and outdoor explorer! I love trying new things and eating/cooking new food.
