Hello, I'm Natalie. When I was ten years old my family moved to Malawi Africa and for eight years I was gifted with the opportunity to serve local families in the village where we lived. I assisted in any capacity I could from syringe feeding malnourished newborns, to hand washing laundry, and helping with meal's. I would plan "party nights" where all of the children from the village would come to eat a meal and have a dance party. When my family returned to America I pursued a career in the medical field. After four years as an EMT I really started to miss working with kids. I missed the imagination, the joys, and the wonder, I missed when everything was new and an incredible discovery. So I decided to pursue becoming a doula. I love it so much! It's such a gift to be there for the birth of new life! Watching children grow and become their own person is one of the greatest miracles on this earth and I am so lucky to be a part of that journey!
