I have been working with children since the age of eleven. From babysitting, to working in a children's ministry at church, to working several years consecutively as a camp counselor all summer, to working with youth-I have experience with all ages from infant to teenager. There have been two families that I have been a nanny for in the past rather than just working as a babysitter. I grew up in a well structured home with lots of Christian morals and values such as respect and love that I carry with me everywhere I go-especially when nurturing children. My first family I was a nanny for was a full time position that lasted over the summer several years ago. I worked with four kids between the ages of one and seven and did all the housekeeping, laundry, shopping and food prep. I am about to graduate with my four year degree in business and I have taken several classes in psychology, growth and development-for both children and adults. Through working as a camp counselor as well as several other organizations, I have received my certification in First Aid and CPR. I also was a swimmer for several years and I am very aware of what is going on around me at all times. I truly seek to bless not only the children I watch, but their families as well. I love doing creative things and going above and beyond. I am very flexible, I learn quickly and I am more than willing to take on any abnormal tasks or projects you may have.
