Hello! I started working in child care when I worked at a Montessori pre-school in 2010. I stayed there for three years working in the after school program, and in the summer as an assistant teacher. I learned about the Montessori way of communicating to children to help them with their growth and development. Positive reinforcement, giving options and choices, and learning independence were the main focuses of their educational techniques. After working for that company, I started a new job in the kids center of a local gym while I went to college. I met a lot of wonderful families that let me babysit for them, and I am still with them four years later! I absolutely love kids and spending time with them. I would love to help children learn new activities such as painting, cooking, and other arts and crafts.
